Our products are skyrocketing (literally!), and with our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a results-driven Customer Support Representative to join our team.

What we’re looking for: 

A natural communicator – You thrive on engaging with customers, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.
A problem-solver – You don’t just answer questions; you find solutions, anticipate needs, and turn problems into positive experiences.
A quick thinker – You can handle multiple conversations at once, adapt to different customer personalities, and keep your cool under pressure.
Detail-oriented & organized – You keep track of customer inquiries, follow up when needed, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
A team player – You work seamlessly with internal teams to provide customers with the best experience possible.

What you’ll do:

Deliver top-tier support – Assist customers via chat, email, and social media, ensuring fast and friendly responses.
Master our products & services – Become an expert on what we offer so you can provide accurate and helpful guidance.
Resolve issues efficiently – Troubleshoot problems, process refunds/exchanges, and escalate complex cases when needed.
Gather & share customer feedback – Identify common pain points and share insights with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
