Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleagues to fill in the position of Business Development Coordinator.

The objective of the job is to provide support on definition and implementation of company strategy, also support on transversal projects management.

Responsibilities:

• Analytical support of the Strategy and Business Development activity (markets analysis/trends, benchmarking, any relevant researches, analyses, reports, etc.)
• Support on definition and implementation of company strategy/strategic programs 
• Prepare opportunity studies and provide support for business plans preparation and business development projects at the company level
• Operational support for development of strategic plan, budget and other company deliverables
• Providing support on transversal projects management, including but not limited to following up on action items, designing and developing appropriate material (presentation, minutes of meeting, etc.) 
• Periodical and operational reporting, management of different dashboards 
• Ad hoc business analysis and reporting to the management
• Fulfil other tasks related to support of Strategy, Business Development & Regulatory Affairs Department activity
• To follow strictly the requirements of the integrated quality management, environment, health and work security and informational security, established in referential standards (ISO 9001: 2008; ISO14001: 2004; OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO/IEC 27001: 2005, respectively) according to the Employee Handbook
• To follow all company’s policies, procedures, instructions, ethic codes and all stipulations of Employee Handbook

Required knowledge and experience:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Telecommunications or IT domain, International business experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Telecommunication business model, industry trends and operational insights
• General finance knowledge
• Understanding of general marketing and technical aspects of telecom business
• Ability to analyze and synthesize large sets of data and information from multiple sources, formulate/validate hypotheses and make clear business recommendations
• Understanding of financial metrics, reporting, data mining, P&L fundamentals, basic business operations, operating in a matrix environment (consumer experience a plus)
• Ability to develop deep working relationships across functional areas of the organization
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities are required
•  Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills, proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
