Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support remotely. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist with daily operations, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Monitor, sort, and respond to emails on behalf of the team or executives.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
- Data Entry & Management: Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, or management systems.
- Payment Collection: Monitor outstanding accounts, contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices, and work to ensure timely payments are received.
- Collections: Coordinate with internal teams or external collection agencies to handle long overdue accounts, following company policies.
- Communication: Handle customer inquiries via email or phone and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents such as reports, presentations, and emails.
- Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling and posting on social media platforms, as well as responding to messages or comments.
- Task Management: Help prioritize and manage daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to the team or executives, as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite) and task management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary work tools.

- Experience with social media management tools or CRM software.
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or project management.
