Orange Moldovais looking for a talented Project Manager for the IT team that will run new internal and external projects. The IT project manager will manage the project team and the development team to achieve it in time and within budget. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the project team and development team.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 
• Define project plan, milestones, and resources. 
• Collaborate with Stakeholders and project team.
• Create of project brief and description. 
• Organize all processes and activities in the project for achievement of the scope.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals. 
• Identify all project dependencies and critical paths. 
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors. 
• Organize collaboration between project teams and members. 
• Assign tasks to project members.
• Organize, manage, and moderate team meetings.   
• Review tasks execution and results.
• Creating and prioritization of the tasks.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Identification and mitigation of the risks during all project stages. 
• Time planning for project activities and stages. 
• Ensure the quality of the project deliverables. 

Qualification:

• Experience in managing of IT development team.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle. 
• Previous experience in complex Mobile app development, Desktop software, Web platforms or any other big IT projects. 
• Experience in wireframing and UX or prototyping is an advantage. 
• Experience as a developer is an advantage.
• IT studies or courses are an advantage. 
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile principles. 
• Proficiency in management software like Jira, Asana.
• Experience with version control software is an advantage.
• Experience in manual testing and bug reporting.
• Good understanding of development steps and roles in development team.
• Self-organization skills are necessary. 
• Strong organization and team management skills.
