Orange Systems is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Data Analyst to join leading telco provider's digital service department.

The ideal candidate will analyze digital data to provide insights that drive business decisions, enhance customer experience, and improve digital strategies.

what you will be doing:

• Collect, process, and analyze digital data from various sources to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and customer experience metrics.
• Utilize predictive analytics to forecast customer behavior and trends based on historical data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product teams, to align data insights with business strategies and customer needs.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular validation processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics.

what we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a digital marketing or telecom context.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on data analytics trends and tools.
