Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial screening;
• Conducting all types of interviews;
• Communicating with all candidates;
• Promoting the Company to candidates at all stages of contact;
• Sending interview/initial orientation invitations to candidates;
• Providing support to existing teams;
• Showing leadership and  attitude, that will take the facility to another level;
• Taking initiative in implementing all facets of HR functions;
• Creating and sustaining an atmosphere of collaboration, personal growth, and initiative

Requirements:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition at least 1 year is required;
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks;
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates proactively;
• Minimum required  level of English B2;
• Fluent Russian and Romanian are mandatory;
• People-oriented and open to assisting and supporting;
• Ability to think structurally and organize large amounts of information;
• Good oral and written communication skills, multitasking, and responsible;
• Confident PC user: MS Office, Google Docs.
