Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Web Designer with a strong ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs using Figma and Adobe tools. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to craft engaging and responsive web interfaces. Your designs will set the foundation for exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces using Figma.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain a consistent design language by developing and managing design systems.
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in web design, UX/UI principles, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (basic coding experience is a plus).
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first layouts.
• Familiarity with design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to design for inclusivity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with React UI tools - such as Material UI.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and Figma-based projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other design tools like  Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of frontend development (e.g., basic knowledge of JavaScript, React, or Vue.js).
• Understanding of SEO principles and how design impacts search engine optimization.
• Familiarity with animation and interaction design using tools like Figma's prototyping features.
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
