The E-commerce Growth Specialist is responsible for identifying and onboarding new online platforms, managing existing accounts, and optimizing sales performance. This includes analyzing potential e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth onboarding, creating strategies to boost sales, and monitoring KPIs to track performance. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt strategies for different platforms, such as Notino, Sephora, Douglas Online, eMAG, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Platform research & analysis - conduct research to identify e-commerce platforms in targeted regions in Europe, analyzing requirements, opportunities, and competition to assess their viability
- Onboarding new platforms - manage the integration process for new platforms, ensuring compliance with their guidelines and requirements
- Product listing optimization - create and optimize product listings, ensuring titles, descriptions, keywords, and pages are engaging and compliant with platform specifications
- Sales performance monitoring - track and analyze sales performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, and develop strategies to improve underperforming listings
- Promotions & campaigns - plan and coordinate promotional activities, such as discounts and seasonal offers, and collaborate with marketing teams to align platform promotions with overall campaigns
- Competitive analysis - monitor competitor activities to identify trends, pricing strategies, and differentiation opportunities
- Inventory management - collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment, managing inventory to prevent stockouts or overstock
- Reporting & insights - prepare detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for optimizing platform strategies, using performance analytics tools
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce
- Proficiency in using Google Spreadsheets & Excel
- Good experience in using different E-commerce management tools
- Knowledge of English at the B2+ level
- Knowledge of Romanian at the C1+ level
- Interest in E-commerce platform research
- Curiosity, ability to learn fast & attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive attitude and desire to succeed
- Willingness to learn and grow in the online sales industry
