Responsibilities:

• Develop Affiliate marketing, find new partners, and increase results
• Search for and implement new platforms to generate traffic to our products
• Establish long-term and effective partnerships that will positively impact the promotion of the brand in all the markets where we operate.
• Grow retention, increase customer loyalty, and increase their average check.
• Develop email marketing 
• Set up automation and constantly look for new opportunities to simplify recurring tasks
• Search for bottlenecks, generate hypotheses, and test them

Requirements:

• You have proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role (1+ years) 
• You have a bachelor’s degree (major in marketing, communications-related field is preferred)
• You are proficient in spoken and written English 
• You know key areas of marketing (newsletters, traffic acquisition, etc.)
• You understand the key marketing metrics and understand how to influence them
• You know what influences customer loyalty and know how to grow it
• You can identify trends and turn insights into recommendations
• You have strong research and analytical skills
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• You have a strong passion for learning, exploring new things, and achieving your goals
