We are looking for a General Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn. Training will be provided for tools and processes, but basic computer and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and Update Content: Manage blog posts and website updates to ensure content is well-structured and current.
- Coordinate Projects Using Trello: Oversee tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure projects progress on time (full training will be provided).
- General Administration: Handle day-to-day admin tasks such as managing records, organising schedules, and internal communications.
- Create and Manage Marketing Outreach: Draft outreach emails, manage social media posts, and track campaign performance.
- Conduct Research: Carry out online research to support various projects, delivering actionable insights.
Requirements
- Proficient in basic applications (Excel, Word) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
