Responsibilities:

• Lead a remote team (up to 7 members), mentor, and support their growth.
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Refactor and optimize high-traffic systems.
• Ensure code security and use monitoring tools (ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana).

Requirements:

• Node.js: 5+ years of experience.
• TypeScript: 2+ years of experience.
• SQL and NoSQL: Schema design and performance optimization.
• Experience with high-traffic systems (millions of requests/terabytes of data).
• Proven experience in system refactoring to improve performance.
• SaaS startup experience and remote team leadership (2+ years).
• English Level: Strong Upper Intermediate (B2+).
• Location: EU or nearby time zones.
