We are seeking an artificial intelligence (AI) expert to join our team and lead the implementation of AI solutions within the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in the field of AI, particularly in the use of Copilot, and will be responsible for optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain AI models and algorithms.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure it is suitable for training AI models.
• Manage the data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective AI deployment.
• Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Conduct training sessions for users on AI use.

Profile:

• University degree, preferably in IT/technical domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English & Romanian.
• Pro-active, result-oriented person with a high level of reliability.
• Willing to go extra mile to ensure users’ satisfaction.
• Analytical mind.
• Attention to details.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in AI, Programming Languages, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Power Automate etc.
• Skills in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis.
• General software development skills, including version control, testing, and debugging.
