Smart Dispatch, a truck dispatch company operating in the USA, is hiring a dedicated Accountant to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, highly skilled, and passionate about financial accuracy, we want to hear from you!

What we require:

  • Proven experience as an accountant (minimum 1 year, preferably in logistics or dispatch industries).
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Strong knowledge of US accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.
  • Process payroll and handle tax-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless financial operations.

Work schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (in office).
