Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated B2B Partnership Development Manager to join our team. This key role will drive the expansion and growth of our organization by building and strengthening partnerships both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new B2B partners and clients, locally and internationally;
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and clients;
• Create, customize, and present sales proposals tailored to partner needs;
• Manage documentation related to partnerships and grant applications;
• Monitor and regularly report on activities, focusing on continuous service improvement.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proactive mindset with a strong results orientation;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
• Advanced proficiency in Romanian, English, and Russian;
• Previous experience in B2B sales or partnership development is an advantage.
