We are looking for a Recruiter for the logistics company (US market). This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.

The role will involve:

• Search and selection of drivers
• Determine driver qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Conducting an initial interview
• Accompanying and supporting the hired candidates in their further cooperation with the company
• Maintaining a database and forming a pool of candidates

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
• Good verbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
• Prioritization and effective time management
• Driver recruiting experience will be a plus 

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday  from 16:00 to 1:00
