We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Lead to join our team for a 14-month project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toll-manufacturing or sub-contractor setups in SAP, as well as extensive knowledge in managing end-to-end SAP SD projects. The role will involve traveling to Arad and Sibiu, where you will be responsible for leading the configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP SD solutions.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in SAP consulting roles
- Proven ability to run workshops, perform system customization, and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
- Experience with training, testing, and managing cutover activities for SAP rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of SAP best practices and the ability to apply them to real-world business processes.
- Willingness to travel between Arad and Sibiu to meet project demands.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Fit to Standard workshops based on master process lists to identify gaps and business requirements.
- Configure SAP SD for toll-manufacturing setups using SAP best practices and customized solutions to meet business needs.
- Design process flows and integrate SD with other SAP modules to ensure seamless business operations.
- Provide tailored SAP solutions to meet specific project and client needs.
- Lead testing phases to ensure the configured system works as expected and provide training to end users.
- Oversee and execute the cutover activities, ensuring a smooth go-live and providing hypercare support.
- Take ownership of the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final implementation and support.
