Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of DevSecOps Engineer to work with our International Partners.
The DevSecOps Engineer is responsible for integrating security practices into the DevOps process, ensuring that security is considered at every stage of the software development lifecycle. This role involves working closely with development, operations, and security teams to design, implement, and manage security automation, monitoring, and compliance tools.
The position involves collaboration with various teams across the organization, including development, operations, and security.
what you will be doing:
- Design and implement security measures within CI/CD pipelines to ensure that security is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Security Integration into CI/CD Pipelines.
- Design and implement security measures within CI/CD pipelines to ensure that security is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work with development teams to ensure secure coding practices are followed and security issues are remediated.
- Automate security testing, including static code analysis, dynamic application testing, and vulnerability scanning.
- Collaborate with SOC and security teams to integrate DevOps security monitoring with broader security operations.
- Ensure that all DevOps processes and practices comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain documentation and evidence for audits and assessments related to DevSecOps practices.
- Implement automated compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines to enforce security policies.
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of security within the DevOps process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve DevSecOps processes, tools, and practices to enhance security and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to development and operations teams on secure development practices and tools.
- Integrate new security technologies and methodologies into the DevOps process.
what we are looking for:
- Strong experience in DevOps or a related field, with a strong focus on security
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified DevSecOps Professional
- Strong understanding of security principles, secure coding practices, and common security vulnerabilities
- High level conceptual and analytical skills, creative, problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning, Organization, problem solving & follow up skills
- Fluent in English
