Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of IT Project Manager to work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and seamless project execution
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define project scope, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders
- Allocate and manage resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans to track progress and make necessary adjustments
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs, while assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Measure project performance and report progress using appropriate tools
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure successful project and system launches
- Oversee Change Requests (CRs) and ensure alignment with business goals
- Assist in preparing and reviewing vendor proposals, RFPs, and technical assessments.
what we are looking for:
- 2 years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience of managing multiple projects in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong negotiating, influencing, organizing and communication skills
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful techniques (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodology will be an asset)
- Extensive knowledge of the development lifecycle
- Experience in budgetary control and resource allocation
- Very strong customer and end-user orientation
- Proficiency in English
