Required skills and qualifications:

• Higher education in communication, marketing or similar;
• Previous experience in advertising or copywriting is an advantage;
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Solid knowledge of Romanian, English and Russian is an advantage;
• Ability to work independently or with a team.

Job Description:

• Writing clear, compelling, and grammatically sound content;
• Write compelling content for print, web, product packaging, advertising, and marketing materials;
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams;
• Brainstorm and manage projects and juggle multiple deliverables;
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation;
• Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere;
• Collaborating with designers and other team members to ensure that the content aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic;
• Reworking content based on feedback from stakeholders;
• Complies with the rules set by the stakeholders and Project Manager.

Specific objectives:

• Creating engaging and effective advertising content to promote company products and services;
• Developing creative concepts and strong messages that attract and keep the target audience's attention;
• Respecting brand awareness objectives set by the company;
• Research products, services, the market in which the company operates;
• Contributing to the increase of brand awareness and the construction of a corresponding image.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides;
• Experience with content management system;
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
