Looking for something more than just a job? Safeguard Global is inviting sharp, driven individuals to develop their existing tech skills through our Global Tech Academy Program.

About the Program:

This isn’t your typical program. It’s an 18-month program, where you will bring your existing tech skills and enhance them, guided by the industry’s top experts. You’ll navigate a global work environment with colleagues around the world, all while getting paid competitively. You will be working on real-world projects and contributing to the success of the company. We expect a lot, but you will have a mentor and buddy to guide you through the program.

Our Technology Stack:

• Cloud Services: AWS Cloud with event-driven architecture
• Application Development: TypeScript and React
• Data Intensive Tasks: Python, AWS Glue
• Databases and Storage: Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, S3
• Dashboarding: Domo, AWS QuickSight
• Version Control and CI/CD: Bitbucket, CircleCI
• Testing and Monitoring: WebDriverIO, Jest, PyTest
• Agile Methodology: Iterative development cycles and cross-functional collaboration

Who Should Apply:

We're looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria and fit into one of our program tracks:

• You have a B1 level in English
• Graduates with a tech-related degree or tech industry experience (we unfortunately at this time cannot accept candidates with no exposure/experience in the tech space)
• Candidates with the ability to live and work in Moldova or Turkey

Program Tracks:

Choose a track based on your expertise and career goals:

Software Engineering Track:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with exposure to React
• Experience in both backend and frontend development
• Experience with database systems
• Familiarity with version control systems, testing principles, and software engineering best practices

Data Engineering Track:

• Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas
• Strong SQL skills, with exposure to NoSQL databases
• Ability to work with data pipelines, ensuring data quality
• Familiarity with data visualization and/or dashboarding tools
