Job Responsibilities:

Operations Coordination: Organize and manage logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and rates to secure favorable deals with carriers
Cargo Monitoring: Track cargo status, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and increase efficiency.
Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data and prepare reports for company management.

What We Expect from You:
