Job Responsibilities:

Actively recruit and hire qualified drivers.
Utilize sales techniques to attract and retain top driving talent.
Conduct interviews, screen candidates.
Maintain ongoing communication with potential hires and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Manage driver recruitment databases and update records regularly.
