We are a multinational company specializing in tax recovery for Romanian citizens working abroad. We've been doing our job well for about 20 years, serving and satisfying over 250,000 clients.
We continue to strive for complete and quality services, and as the number of clients is constantly growing, we are looking for a new colleague. From now on, we will refer to you as a person; you can be a boy or a girl.

Our expectations:

  • You should not be afraid of the phone. Yes, you will talk a lot on the phone with our clients.
  • You should be organized and orderly, so you can provide quality service to clients.
  • You should not give up easily.
  • You should be open to learning and new experiences.
  • You should have a good command of the Romanian language (written & spoken).
  • You should be able to communicate in English (written & spoken).
  • You should have a basic experience with Excel and Word.
  • You should smile. Even on the phone.
  • You should respect yourself and others.
  • Team spirit is non-negotiable.
  • You should have a sense of humor.

Job description:

  • Contact clients registered on our platforms (it's not cold calling).
  • Provide preliminary information about the requested service, necessary documents, processing time, etc.
  • Present the benefits of collaborating with us.
  • Send the necessary documentation according to predefined criteria.
  • Answer the phone when clients call.
  • Send correspondence by post, courier, online.
  • Receive correspondence from clients, verify documents.
  • Manage interaction with postal services.
  • Conduct special, specific projects, depending on how well you organize yourself.
  • Other activities agreed upon with the manager and team colleagues.
