Employer Relations:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Source and secure job vacancies from employers and match them with suitable candidates.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.

Job Matching and Placement:

• Assess job seekers’ qualifications and match them with appropriate job opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the job search and application process.
• Monitor and track the success of job placements and follow up with both employers and candidates.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, job market conditions, and employment laws.
• Conduct research to identify new job opportunities and potential employers.
