Responsibilities:

• Direct Communication with the Company's Customers and Airlines:
• Communicate with customers and airlines via email and other electronic means.
• Assisting in Collecting Customer Compensation from Airlines:
• Help the company's customers in the process of obtaining compensation from airlines.
• Examination of Claims Submitted by the Company's Clients:
• Analyze and process claims submitted by the company's clients to determine their eligibility for compensation.
• Preparation of Documents for the Legal Process:
• Prepare and organize necessary documents for legal proceedings.
• Other Tasks Delegated by the Direct Manager:
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Travel Business:
• Experience in the aviation, travel services, or similar fields is preferred.
• Excellent English Language Skills:
• Ability to communicate fluently and conduct business correspondence in English.
• Teamwork Skills:
• Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
• Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail:
• High level of organization, document handling, and attention to detail.

Conditions:

• Employment Type: Freelance.
• Salary: Gross up to 800 EUR.
• Location: Moldova (remote work is possible).
