Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Senior .NET Developer to work on local and international projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the .NET framework and experience in developing high-quality software solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze strategic/tactical plans concerning customers and products, translating this into changes for the supporting IT systems and architecture
- Follow market trends and proactively propose tooling, system and process improvements
- Follow technological developments and introduce them in time for application in company’s landscape (often starting with proof of concept implementation)
- Build software solutions, supporting other developers with complex challenges and problems
- Ensure continuous improvement of quality during development and acting on improvement questions of operations
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to: C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Entity Framework, WebAPI, SOAP services, SQL Server, Visual Studio, OOD, OOP.
What we are looking for:
- University Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong working experience in a broad role as a software engineer
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and building software solutions
- Working experience with DB abstraction layers like Entity Framework
- Experience with HTML (5), CSS, JavaScript, Blazor – good to have
- Key believer in the Agile principles and experienced with SCRUM development processes
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery, including test automation
- Expert level knowledge of Windows server – good to have
- Experience with Azure cloud and the services it provides – good to have
- Strong in analytical and conceptual thinking
- Good attention to details
