Requirements:

• Mandatory experience of 6 months or more in work with US Logistics 
• Experience in accounting/billibg
• Experience in comunication with brokers
• English (B2+)

Working conditions:

• Remote work
• Schedule: Mon-Fri from 15:00 to 01:00
• The internship is paid

Responsibilities:

• Processing of POD in accordance with the dispatcher's request, generating and sending invoices to brokers.
• Entering payments into the system
• Communication with broker regarding payment by email and phone
• Collection activity - execution of collection letters, emails and calls to broker regarding short payment and non-payment
• Working with bonds, filling out forms and add communication with bond
